Questions, Answered
Will the physical product look exactly the same as the 3D model?
We will create the physical product based on your 3D model. The final appearance may vary slightly, so please refer to the actual finished product.
What material is the physical product made of?
We use different printing materials depending on the product type. The main materials are full-color photosensitive resin and PLA.
Can I create a physical product with multiple subjects?
Each figurine represents one subject. We do not combine multiple subjects into a single figurine, as the connections between subjects may be too thin and prone to breaking during production or shipping. If you would like a separate figurine for each subject, please place a separate order for each one.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the product, size and number of revisions. The estimated production and delivery window is shown on the product page and confirmed with your order.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to supported destinations worldwide. Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. Once the transit damage is verified, we’ll remake and reship the piece at no extra cost.
